What is your minimum order amount?

Our minimum opening order is $500. All orders following the first must be $250 or more. A service charge of $25 will be applied to orders under $250.

How do I pay?
|
Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Please Note...
There will be a temporary hold on the funds for your order but we DO NOT have access to the card you used and WILL NOT download the payment. We will give you a call when we are ready to ship for payment.

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
|
All claims must be filed in writing within 15 days of shipping. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All expenses will be credited back with the exception of the shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns postmarked back to us 15 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only. Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

How much does shipping cost?
|
We calculate shipping costs when your order is ready to ship and will be added to your final invoice. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long before my item arrives?
|
In general, orders are filled and shipped ground, via UPS or USPS within four weeks. If there are fluctuations in our production and/or trade days, turn-around time may vary.

Can I expedite my order?
|
Yes, if you need expedited shipping, please CONTACT US so that we may quote an accurate shipping cost and timeline. Equally, if products can vary, we can work with you personally to establish what is in stock.

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

Please note, all our products are lovingly handmade: cut by hand in small batches and fabric placement varies so may look slightly different from the image! Moreover, dimensions may vary slightly!
